MERCHANT LP uses the following categories of cookies:

They ensure the operation, navigation, security, validity of forms and basic functions of the website. Examples:
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
3.2. Functional cookies (preferences)
Save user settings: language, location, interface parameters.
Allowed only with user consent
3.3. Analytical cookies (statistics)
They are used to analyze traffic and improve website performance. For example, Google Analytics (including IP anonymization).
Legal basis: user consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
3.4 Marketing cookies

The advertising poster complies with the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation:

- detailed consent (consent is given by category);
- no pre-ticked boxes;
